Business strategy
Before launching a campaign, you need to know what the company wants to achieve, how much it can afford to pay for a customer, and where advertising fits in. The strategy is the document that answers these questions.

What the work includes
Inon starts from the company's numbers: revenue, gross margin, average order value and returning-customer rate. From these he derives the customer acquisition cost the company can sustain, and from there the budget and targets for each channel.
The output is a short, clear working plan: what the goal is, which channels, how much budget, which metrics are checked and how often. A document you can return to every month and check against.

Sound familiar?
The budget grows, profit does not
More is spent on advertising every month, but the bottom line stays where it was.
No clear acquisition-cost target
It is hard to tell whether a campaign works, because nobody defined what a customer may cost.
Everyone pulls in a different direction
The agency, the in-house team and suppliers work without a shared plan.
Decisions by gut feeling
The budget goes up and down with the mood of the month, not the data.
An illustration from the work
The budget and targets for each month are derived from the allowable acquisition cost.
For illustration only. The names and numbers are not those of a real client.
How it works
Data collection
Access to sales data, ad accounts and analytics. A conversation with the company's owners about the targets.
Analysis
Calculating the allowable acquisition cost, identifying the products and audiences that drive revenue, and reviewing current performance.
Working plan
A strategy document with targets, budget, channels and timeline, presented and explained in a meeting.
Follow-up
A monthly check of performance against the plan, updating assumptions when reality changes.
Want a plan that connects advertising to revenue?

The metrics at the centre of the work
Allowable acquisition cost
The most the company can pay for a new customer and still profit from the sale.
Gross margin
What is left from each sale after product cost, shipping and fees.
Average order value
How much a customer spends per purchase, and what raises that amount.
Returning customers
How many customers buy again, and what they are worth to the company over time.
What you receive at the end
Strategy document
A short, clear document: goal, channels, budget, metrics and timeline.
Targets and budget model
A sheet with revenue targets, budget and acquisition cost for each month of the quarter.
Presentation meeting
A joint walk through the plan, questions, and a decision on the first steps.
Who it is for
Companies increasing their budget
When the budget grows, mistakes cost more. An orderly plan prevents waste.
Companies whose advertising does not connect to sales
When the platform reports look good but the till does not feel it.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build a strategy?
Usually two to three weeks from receiving access to the data, including a presentation meeting.
Does the strategy require continuing to work with Inon?
No. The document is written so that any team or agency can work from it. Many companies choose to continue to management as well, but that is a separate decision.
What is required from the company?
Access to sales data and ad accounts, and an hour or two of conversation with whoever makes the decisions.
Working directly, with no layers in between
Agency experience, freelance flexibility
Campaign management for some of the largest clients in the economy, and since 2022 independent work with budgets of tens to hundreds of thousands of shekels a month.
Measured against the till
Decisions follow the company's sales data, not what the ad platforms report.

The accounts stay yours, with full access, a fixed weekly report and replies during Israeli business hours.
